The extension says I'm not signed in
The extension shares your Sitemark sign-in from the browser. Here's how to reconnect it.
The extension has no login of its own. It uses your Sitemark sign-in in the same Chrome profile. If its popup says Sign in to Sitemark:
- Click Sign in to Sitemark in the popup, or open sitemark.in/login, and sign in.
- Open the popup again. It should show your projects.
Still signed out?#
- Different Chrome profile. Each Chrome profile has its own sign-ins and its own extensions. Sign in to Sitemark in the same profile the extension is installed in.
- Cookies blocked. If Chrome is set to block cookies for sitemark.in, or clears them when you close it, you'll be signed out each time. Allow cookies for
sitemark.in. - Incognito. Extensions are off in Incognito windows unless you allow them in Chrome's extension settings, and Incognito starts signed out.
