Extension settings

Open the Sitemark popup and choose Settings from its menu.

Notify me on the page#

When someone replies to you, assigns you a pin or mentions you, a short note appears inside Sitemark's own panel on the page you're on. Sitemark never asks a website for notification permission.

Unread count on the icon#

The Sitemark icon shows how many notifications you haven't read. The count clears as you read them in the popup's Inbox tab or in the dashboard.

There's nothing to set up. Every pin saves a picture of what you saw when you placed it, and it appears on the pin in the dashboard and in reports.

Chrome lets Sitemark capture the tab because you started the pin yourself, from New pin in the popup or with the shortcut. Sitemark never captures a tab at any other time. If a pin ever arrives without one, see Screenshots are missing.
