Share a read-only report link

A public link shows a read-only report of the project to anyone who has it, with no sign-in needed. Use it to send a review to a client or stakeholder who doesn't need to reply.

Turn on the public link#

1. Open the project and click Share.
2. Switch on Public link.
3. Copy the link and send it.

Only owners and editors can manage the public link.

What the report shows#

The report lists the project's pins page by page: each pin's comment, screenshot, severity, status, author and device details. Visitors can filter it by status and date range, and save it as a PDF.

Protect it with a password#

Switch on Password protect the link and set a password. Visitors must enter it before the report shows. Setting a new password signs out everyone who unlocked it with the old one.

Turn it off or replace it#

• Switch Public link off to stop it working.
• Regenerate the link to give the report a new address. The old one stops working at once, which is useful if a link was forwarded further than you meant.
