Shipping & Delivery Policy

Sitemark is an online software service from Better Labs Private Limited. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

How the service is delivered

Everything is delivered digitally: the web app at sitemark.in and the free Sitemark extension for Chrome. Your 7-day free trial starts as soon as you sign in.

A paid plan activates automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a few minutes. You don't need to do anything else. Your new project and pin limits apply straight away, and you can see them in Dashboard → Plan & billing.

Receipts

A payment receipt is emailed to the address on your account for every payment. For a GST invoice with your business details, email info@sitemark.in.

Availability

Sitemark is available worldwide, wherever the website can be reached. Customers in India are billed in Indian Rupees (GST included) and everyone else in US dollars.

If your plan doesn't activate

If your payment went through but your plan still hasn't updated after an hour, email info@sitemark.in with the payment date and amount. See our refund policy for failed and duplicate payments.
