Change or cancel your plan

Everything about your plan is under Plan & billing, a tab on your profile page. To get there, click Manage plans under the usage meter in the dashboard's sidebar, or choose Plan & billing from the extension popup's menu.

Choose or change a plan#

Pick Monthly or Yearly (2 months free), then choose a plan and pay. Your new limits apply as soon as the payment goes through.

Cancel#

In Plan & billing, choose to cancel your subscription. We'll ask why you're leaving, which is optional but helps us improve. Then confirm.

You keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that your account moves to the free plan (1 active project and 50 new pins a month), and nothing is deleted. Choose a plan again at any time to pick up where you left off.

Refunds#

If you change your mind within 7 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. Email billing@sitemark.in from your account's address. See the refund policy for details.
