Private pins
Keep a pin to yourself until it's ready for the team.
A private pin is visible only to you. Use it to draft notes during a review and share them when they're ready.
Make a pin private#
- While placing it: in the comment box, switch Team to Only me before sending. Sitemark remembers your choice for the next pin.
- After placing it: open the pin's menu and choose Make private (only me).
Private pins show a lock and Only me on the page and on the board.
Share it with the team#
Open the pin's menu and choose Share with the team. Everyone on the project sees it from then on.
