What to include
So we can help on the first reply, write from the email address on your Sitemark account and include:
- Support: the project, the page you were reviewing and what happened. For example, a pin that saved without its screenshot.
- Billing and refunds: the date and amount of the payment, and the Razorpay payment or subscription ID from your receipt. See our refund policy.
- GST invoices: your business name, address and GSTIN.
- Privacy requests:what you'd like us to access, correct or delete. See our privacy policy.
