Include what you can of:

• the email address of your Sitemark account
• the page URL and, for a pin, its number (for example #42)
• what you expected, and what happened instead
• your browser and version, and the extension's version (shown at chrome://extensions)
• a screenshot or screen recording, if it's something you can see

Is Sitemark down?#

Check status.sitemark.in for current incidents before writing in. The account menu in the dashboard also shows a live status dot next to System status.
