Filter and search

Narrow the board by status, assignee, date and due date, or search everything.

Filter the board#

The toolbar above the board narrows what it shows:

Status: any status, or just one.
Assigned to: a person, or Unassigned.
Created on: today, yesterday, the last 7 or 28 days, or a date range.
Due: due today, this week or this month.

Filters also apply to reports and downloads, so you can export exactly what's on screen. Click Clear the board filter to reset.

Search#

Press ⌘ K (Ctrl K on Windows and Linux), or / when you're not typing in a field, to search from any page of the dashboard. On a project's board, search starts in that project.
