Archive or delete a project

Archive a project#

When a review is finished, archive the project. It becomes read-only: everyone can still see its pins and threads, but no one can add pins or replies until it's restored. Archived projects don't count towards your plan's project limit.

Only a project's owners can archive it. On the project's board, open the ⋯ menu and choose Archive project. To bring it back, choose Restore project from the same menu.

Archive a single pin#

A pin's author can archive it from the pin's menu. An archived pin is hidden from the page and the board until it's restored. You can find it again by filtering for archived pins.

Delete a project#

Owners can delete a project from its menu. Deleting can't be undone: the project's pins, threads, screenshots and page notes are removed for everyone. If you might need them later, archive the project instead.
