Projects and the Inbox

Projects#

A project holds the pins for one website. Its pins, members and reports all belong to it. You'll find your projects in the dashboard's sidebar, and projects others have invited you to under Shared with me.

When you place a pin, choose its project under Where this pin goes in the comment box. You can also create a project there, or from the dashboard with New project.

Double-click a project's name on its board to rename it.

The Inbox#

Your Inbox collects pins you place on a site that doesn't have a project yet. It's a holding area: move each pin into a project when you're ready.

To move a pin, open it and choose Move this Sitemark to another project from its menu. You can also create a new project there.

You can share your Inbox like a project. Anyone you invite sees every pin in it, including ones you add later.

Limits#

How many active projects you can have depends on your plan. See Free trial and plans. Archived projects don't count.
