Export and download

Print a project as a PDF report, or download its pins as CSV or JSON.

On the project's board, open the ⋯ menu in the toolbar.

Export report (PDF)#

Export report opens the project as a readable report: a summary with its members, severities and date range, then every pin page by page with its screenshot and thread details.

Use Filters to choose which pins appear. Then click Save as PDF and choose Save as PDF in your browser's print dialog.

Download CSV or JSON#

  • Download CSV opens in any spreadsheet app. Use it to import pins into another tracker or to sort and count them.
  • Download JSON has the same pins in a structured format for scripts and integrations.

Both downloads include only the pins the board's current filters show. If nothing matches, there's nothing to download: clear the filters and try again.
