Share a single pin
Show someone one pin and its thread without giving them the whole project.
Sometimes one person only needs to see one thing, like a developer from another team or a stakeholder with a single question. Share just that pin.
- Open the pin in the dashboard.
- Open its ⋯ menu and choose Share this Sitemark.
- Enter their email address and click Share.
They can see that pin and its thread and reply to it. Nothing else in the project is shared. Once they have access, you can @mention them in the thread.
To share several pins at once, select them on the board and choose Share from the selection bar.
Stop sharing#
Open Share this Sitemark again and choose Stop sharing next to the person.
